If something arrives wrong, damaged, or missing — I’ll make it right.
You must email within 3 days of delivery so I can help. After that window closes, so does our ability to fix it.
We’ve got a full returns policy listed in the group for all the fine print!
📬 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can’t be responsible for orders that go missing due to incorrect info entered during purchase. If your order is returned to us, we’ll reach out to confirm the correct address and send a reshipping invoice before sending it back out.
📦 If your tracking says “delivered” but your package is missing, check with neighbors or your local post office — 9 times out of 10, it’s nearby! While Star T can’t be held liable for lost or stolen items, we’ll absolutely help you walk through the USPS claims process if needed.
🚫 𝐍𝐄𝗪 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘: 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬
Unfortunately, we've had to add this new policy due to a recent situation. If a fraudulent chargeback is opened and not withdrawn, all future orders will be canceled and you’ll be removed from the group.
💳 Please note: Only the customer can withdraw a chargeback — I have no way to cancel or reverse it for you, even if the issue is resolved.
