Hey hey, Before we dive into all the fun, I wanted to take a second to refresh our group policies. There are alot of new faces here! I know — rules aren’t exactly the highlight of your day, but these help keep things smooth, fair, and full of good vibes for everyone 
They’re not here to be stuffy — they’re here to protect you, and this little business I love so much. Let’s break it down:
All customer service is handled through email star-t-mercantile@outlook.com — not PMs, chats, or comment threads.
Your comment = your commitment.
Once your invoice is sent, it’s due within 24 hours 
If unpaid:
• 1st time = 1-week mute
• 2nd time = group removal
I will start enforcing this! We have way to many invoices going unpaid 
Also Please Note I nor any of my admin invoice on the weekends or holidays-- we are spending much-needed time with our family- We will get to your claim on Monday or next business day 
It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully review their invoice for accuracy before production begins. Please double check spelling, sizes, colors, names, and design selections. Once an invoice is approved, it is considered final and we are not responsible for any errors that were not reported. Changes must be requested immediately. Items produced from an approved invoice are not eligible for refunds or replacements due to buyer oversight.
If something arrives wrong, damaged, or missing — I’ll make it right.
You must email within 3 days of delivery so I can help. After that window closes, so does our ability to fix it.
We’ve got a full returns policy listed in the group for all the fine print!
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can’t be responsible for orders that go missing due to incorrect info entered during purchase. If your order is returned to us, we’ll reach out to confirm the correct address and send a reshipping invoice before sending it back out.
Unfortunately, we've had to add this new policy due to a recent situation. If a fraudulent chargeback is opened and not withdrawn, all future orders will be canceled and you’ll be removed from the group.
